Casa Acqua Marina
Beautiful house with a charming balcony, an English lawn, and a garden full of flowers. The property consists of 3 studios and an apartment, each equipped with a private outdoor space (the balcony) and a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside. The house is located in a privileged position, just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of the main road, yet extremely quiet. This area is mainly surrounded by greenery and is easily accessible by car (even if of small size). Additionally, the docks for ships and hydrofoils are also very close by. Furthermore, the piers for ships and hydrofoils are also very close. We also have a nice apartment located in the "Santa Maria" area and two studio apartments located in the "Le Forna" area.
THE STUDIO APARTMENT IS NOT PART OF THE ACQUA MARINA HOUSE, BUT BUT OF A STRUCTURE LOCATED IN THE LE FORNA AREA (TO MEAN THE PONZA AREA WHERE THERE ARE SEVERAL COVES REACHABLE ON FOOT). IT HAS A DOUBLE BED, KITCHEN CORNER, BATHROOM, TV, AIR CONDITIONING AND A SMALL TERRACE.(IT ENJOYS A SEA VIEW FROM THE WAL) THE OUTSIDE TABLE IS FOR EXCLUSIVE USE, BUT THE TERRACE IS SHARED. THE STRUCTURE IS LOCATED NEAR CALA DELL ACQUA, (BEAUTIFUL CALETTA WITH THE CRYSTAL CLEAR SEA OF THE ISLAND OF PONZA) WHERE THERE ARE BOAT RENTALS, SUN SUN UMBRELLAS ETC..... THE AREA IS WELL SERVED BY BUS SERVICE (THERE IS A BUS STOP NEARBY.

This apartment is not part of the Acqua Marina Ponza structure but is located in the Santa Maria area (10/15 minutes walk from the center). It is composed of a double bedroom, private bathroom, living room with two single beds and kitchenette. The apartment also has a nice terrace with a side view towards the sea, in fact it is only a minute's walk from the beach/port of Santa Maria. In this neighborhood there are bars, restaurants, pizzerias, food shops, bus stops, boat rentals etc... Santa Maria is a mini-centre often chosen by those who prefer a quiet environment without giving up proximity to the centre. (we add a cot for bookings of 5 people)
